Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and AonCash ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the AonCash online casino and sports betting platform accessible at aoncash.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the AonCash Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

AonCash reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination.

Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the AonCash Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. AonCash is not responsible for losses resulting from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify AonCash immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. AonCash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Account registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age or identity, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral in applicable jurisdictions.

Terms of Use

By accessing the AonCash Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or bet;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software, whether or not you notify AonCash of such errors;
• Laundering money or using the Platform in connection with any criminal enterprise;
• Opening accounts under false names or using stolen payment credentials to fund an account;
• Abusing promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus harvesting, or any behaviour that exploits promotion mechanics contrary to their intended purpose;
• Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from AonCash.

AonCash employs fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, and manual review processes. Any Account found to be in breach of these usage terms may be suspended immediately without prior notice, and any balances held may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

AonCash supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Typical processing times are instant for e-wallets and DuitNow; 5 to 15 minutes for FPX bank transfers; and 15 to 30 minutes for USDT TRC20 following blockchain confirmation. AonCash does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes. Accounts pending KYC verification may experience extended processing times. AonCash reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit amounts start from RM30. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. You are responsible for checking current limits within your Account dashboard. AonCash may adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

Returned Funds: AonCash will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Deposits made using payment methods that cannot receive return transfers will be refunded via an alternative method at AonCash's sole discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

AonCash offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and migration rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) applied to the bonus amount or combined deposit-plus-bonus amount as specified per offer.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active in your account, per-wager amounts are typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or event. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may have separate contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Expired bonus balances are removed from the Account automatically without prior notice.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky," the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from it are eligible for cashout once wagering requirements are met.
• Maximum Cashout: Many promotions impose a cap on the total amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings, commonly between 3× and 5× the bonus amount. Any balance exceeding this cap is not eligible for withdrawal.

Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the AonCash Platform — including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, poker, bingo, and lottery — are governed by individual game rules published within each respective game or betting interface. By placing a wager, you confirm you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

All casino games utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are either published by the game provider or available on request. Sports betting odds are set by AonCash's trading team and are subject to change up to the commencement of an event.

AonCash reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) the outcome was affected by match-fixing or irregular activity; (c) the bet was placed after the official start of the event; or (d) the bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

AonCash covers major sports and leagues including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and other international sporting events. Coverage and available markets may change without prior notice based on scheduling and regulatory factors.

Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending;

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a defined break from the Platform without permanent account closure;

Intellectual Property

All content on the AonCash Platform — including but not limited to the AonCash name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of AonCash or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: (a) sublicense, sell, or transfer the licence to any third party; (b) reproduce, publish, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (c) decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or (d) use AonCash's branding in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AonCash, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Technical interruptions, service downtime, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your misunderstanding or non-compliance with applicable bonus terms or game rules;
• Any decision made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions;
• Losses resulting from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

AonCash's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Account Termination

AonCash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes;
• The Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The Account holder is a self-excluded person attempting to circumvent exclusion measures;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting AonCash's customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to successful KYC verification. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of closure are forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which AonCash holds its gaming licence. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits AonCash's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such action necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Amendments to These Terms

AonCash reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification and/or a prominent notice posted on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
